Who we are
Concept Equipments designs, installs and maintains electronic security, fire and life safety systems. Our registered office is Unit No. 115, Building. No. 6, Jogani Ind Estate, Off. V.N Purav Marg, Chunabhatti (E), Mumbai 400022.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Where we hold data as part of a maintenance or project contract, that is governed by the contract.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect anything else. There is no account, no login, no newsletter sign-up, and no tracking of you across other websites.
The basis on which we hold it
We collect this data because you have chosen to contact us, and we use it for the purpose you contacted us about. If you ask us to stop, we stop.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients, including the IP address recorded with them: twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become clients: retained for the duration of the relationship, and afterwards as required by contract, tax and statutory obligations.
- Analytics data: fourteen months.
Where it is stored
This website and our enquiry records are hosted in India. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace. Our analytics provider processes data outside India under its own terms, and we hold no identifying information there.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Concept Equipments, other than the service providers who host our website, our email and our analytics, and who process it only in order to provide those services.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. If we are required to disclose something by law or by a lawful order, we will.
What you can ask us to do
- Tell you what we hold about you, and what we have done with it.
- Correct it if it is wrong or out of date.
- Erase it, where we are not required to keep it for a contractual, tax or legal reason.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, which stops us using it further.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data or your request, write to [email protected] and we will look at it again. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and similar technology
We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage to remember how you arrived at the site, so that we can tell which pages generate enquiries. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. Where consent is required, our banner declines everything non-essential by default.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be stated plainly rather than buried.
