What these terms cover

The information on this site

We publish guides on fire compliance, security system design and related obligations because we are asked the same questions repeatedly and the answers are hard to find. They are written and reviewed by engineers who install these systems.

They are general information about how these obligations work. They are not advice on your building. Regulations change, they are applied differently by different authorities, and what applies to your premises depends on facts we do not know. Do not act on a guide alone. Where a decision matters, take advice on your specific situation: from us, from your consultant, or from your own counsel.

We keep our guides current and we date them. We do not warrant that every statement is accurate at the moment you read it.

Ownership

The text, images, drawings, diagrams and design of this website belong to Concept Equipments. Client names and logos appear with permission and belong to those companies.

You may read, print and share our pages, and quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts as your own, or use our material to train an automated system for commercial resale of the content.

Using the site properly

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or the systems behind it.
