What we hire for
- Site engineers
- Surveillance, fire, access and building management, on live sites that cannot be shut down while they are being fixed.
- Project engineers
- Coordination across trades, drawing registers, and commissioning that is witnessed and recorded rather than assumed.
- Service technicians
- Preventive visits, fault attendance and the condition reports that decide what a client does next.
- Apprentices
- No experience required. We would rather train someone properly than hire someone quickly.
What you get
- You are trained on systems, not on one product line. Six disciplines under one roof means six things to learn.
- You work on buildings people have heard of, and on the interfaces between systems, which is where the engineering actually is.
- Documentation is part of the job, not an afterthought. You will leave every site with a record of what you did.
- More than one engineer knows every system, so nobody is trapped on one site and nobody is indispensable in the way that hurts them.
